CEO and Cofounder Marcela Sabino spent over 16 years managing innovation in the culture sector. She has worked with the World Bank, IFC, IDB, UN and in 500 Startups as Innovation Strategy Lead. As the Head of Innovation at the Museum of Tomorrow in Rio de Janeiro she has worked as its Lab Director for over five years and developed projects using exponential technologies such as AI, VR, digital fabrication, robotics, big data, and the Internet of Things. She holds B.A. in Anthropology and Political Science from Amherst College, a Master in Public Policy and Political and Economic Development from Harvard University and a Master in the Design of Entertainment from the European Institute of Design.

CTO and Cofounder Jan Filipowiak spent the last 20 years in the IT industry. He founded Pixel Legend in 2012 and delivered award winning immersive projects clients such as Museum of Kraków, IBM, DHL, Boston Globe and Forum of Regions in Brussels. He lectured immersive technologies and helped create faculties at schools (recently Tech University in Dublin), mentored companies (recently Techstars Startup Weekend) and helped investors navigate the immersive industry (recently Guidepoint New York). Alumni of acceleration tracks in Finland, UK and Brussels he completed work on Pixel Legend’s innovative products that were featured by European Commission, TNW Conference, Forbes and Business Insider. Jan holds Masters in Sociology of Media from the University of Szczecin and PgD in Web Technologies and Computer Graphics from West Pomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin.
